Everything ships from our unit in Leeds. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day go out the same afternoon.

Free delivery over £50 applies automatically. There is no code to enter and we will not ask you to sign up to anything to get it.

EU orders are shipped delivered-duty-unpaid, which means import VAT and any duty are collected by the carrier on arrival. We would rather tell you that plainly than surprise you at the door. The amount varies by country and is outside our control.
Rest of the world
£18.95 to most destinations, 7 to 14 working days, tracked throughout. Same duty arrangement as the EU. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will usually be able to arrange it.
Returns
Sixty days, worn or washed. If it is not right, send it back and we will refund you, including the original delivery charge if you paid one. Full terms are on the returns page.
Getting fit right by post is genuinely difficult, and we would rather absorb the cost of that than have you keep something you never wear. The size guide gives flat measurements for every garment if you want to check before ordering.
